One issue is that the item had a strong cigarette smell to it. Other than that, Packaging and delivery was good. Still gave the 5 rating.

The item was new and as described. The only comment is of the case screen cover won't stay closed if held open for a length of time which affects the time display. This is not sellers fault, although a note to the post description would be helpful to other's looking for Samsung Galaxy S9 LED phone cover. Thank you for the quick shipping.
