Sorry for not giving a personal rating within the 3 days & I'm still not up to par because my dog had passed away but I want to say that you did an exceptional job going out of your way when alerting me about a particular item not found & coming to an agreement with a replacement & even though all the items that I purchased are exactly as described, as soon as I had received & opened them up & looked at them,every piece of jewelry was even prettier in person & I absolutely will be back to make many future purchases 👍🙂🫶
