I cannot say enough good things about this seller. Jojo was amazing, patient and kind from start to finish. We had an issue with the offer button and she was extremely communicative, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to come up with a solution. She shipped quickly which I very much appreciate. Then the package arrived! It was wrapped with love and care, decorated with cute stickers, and it included a handwritten note that nearly brought my mama heart to tears. And she included a free gift.
