I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase! The product arrived intact, and just as described; Unused. Seller took extra precautions, i.e. extra bubble wrap , to ensure that the palette would arrive undamaged, and even added bubble wrap over the actual pans of eyeshadow inside the palette, as added protection to prevent any possible damage that might occur during transit. My purchase was sent immediately, the seller contacted me to let me know it had shipped, and it arrived in a couple of days. It was a very smooth transaction. I would definitely purchase again from and recommend this seller. Superior experience overall!
