Shipping was exceptionally prompt,the slippers were brand new with tags. I must emphasize that the seller is not to blame here- the tag clearly says "Mens LG 11>13"- but the slippers could not be any larger than a size 8 or 9...perhaps Eskimos have very small feet? Oh well, you win a few, you lose a few.
