The seller was extremely nice and easy to work with. I found a different item that was available that I LOVED and the seller was more than willing to switch them for me so I could have the other one instead (they were both beautiful but the second one fit my style better). I am extremely appreciative of the switch. My horse shoe is absolutely beautiful and was packaged well also. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I love that my purchase gives back to her horses too!
