The shipping experience was not the greatest since it was delayed from seller then I didn’t have tracking information for days. However, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase the suitcase is new and absolutely beautiful. Shipper was nice to send all items inside the suitcase including lock, Id holder, dust bags, stuffing paper even the Gucci bag👍🏼
