Item feels matted from drying in a dryer and shrunk. I didn’t expext that. I collect free people sweaters and the fit and feeling of this is off. I think I can hand wash and stretch it back. Also it was falling out of the reused bag- luckily it was just in my PO Box so was safe from elements but please keep in mind you can use free usps supplies from the post office. I’m all for recycling but the item needs to fit. They’ll even a tape up a box for you. Bought on a Thursday and didn’t ship until the following Tuesday. It could have shipped Friday and Saturday before the Monday holiday. I’m a .9 day shipper because I know people like to receive things quickly. I expect the same or at least a message saying there is a delay. Life happens. But I had to ask. Seller was quick to respond and was kind. It’s a cute sweater. I’ll see if I can get it back in shape!
