Palette does look very close to new, however I received it much dirtier looking than it was photographed to be. Probably due to it not being bubble wrapped. It was sent with a lot of tissue paper and luckily no shadows broke in transit but maybe next time bubble wrap the palette. Still giving 5 stars. Thanks!
