It was an ordeal getting this bag, but the seller worked with me to ensure I received what I had ordered. The first bag was not only delayed in transit (although the seller had shipped it promptly), but arrived with significant mold which had occurred during transit. The seller quickly helped me return that bag and sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, once again it was delayed in transit by a whole week (again not the seller’s fault), but once it arrived it was in excellent condition. Thank you to both the seller and Poshmark for all of your communication to help make this right.
