Let me begin by saying product has met all expectations. On to the Seller... I've never worked with a Seller who offered better communication/customer service. Seller tested product to insure quality. Note that the orig advert said "Not sure it works." I offered addl money for the test and the Seller declined my "tip". This Seller sets the bar for front-line customer service. BRAVO!!

This sleigh looks perfect with my flocked reindeer. It definitely is a solid piece as the majority is metal. Great sleigh. Thank you for the pixie items.
