Item arrived as described, but shipping and communication were disappointing. I was told the item had already shipped last week, which was not truthful, as USPS did not actually accept the package until day 6—hours after I followed up. By day 7 I was planning to cancel. A simple and honest update about the delay would’ve been completely fine.
