Karen is a fantastic seller. Not only do the shoes look like new & have no smell, but Karen packaged them with a lot of padding. There was a mix up with my delivery (it was USPS’s fault) & the shoes ended up being sent all over my metro area. Nonetheless the shoes arrived without a scratch or dent! Thank you!
