Communication was absolutely HORRIBLE. I purchased the coat at full asking price. After several days of no signs of shipment, i left multiple comments asking seller if or when the item would be sent, got no reply even tho seller was active. Item was bought on 12/6 and it was shipped out on the 8th day after purchase 12/14. Waited almost 2 weeks from purchase date to receive my package. Disappointing! Wish she would have at least told me she was going to take about a week. But to just leave me on read isn't right. Thankfully coat fits me perfectly!
