I love ordering from my posher. She is so sweet. When she realized that the coach wallet I had ordered had a zipper that wants to malfunction sometimes she sent me a message offering for me to cancel my order. I was sick all week with flu and with broken leg so haven’t checked my Poshmark until today when my postman delivered my package and she has went ahead and sent my wallet with a seeet handwritten note inside explaining about the zipper and telling me to cancel the order not to accept it. I could maybe find someone to fix zipper This sweetheart went to way too much trouble, time and expense and her product she is selling to package it up mail it to me and then I not pay her anything just because the used wallet has a zipper that needs replacing because it acts wonky. I can handle that. Long story short…….she was so kind and nice to work with I didn’t mind paying knowing I will need the zipper repair or replaced. 😊
