Was just surprised the shoes were not in their original box, but instead loose in the shipping box. (But that may have weighed the shipping item more.) Overall, the item was as described and it was a pleasure doing business with kcaucer. 👍😊

We ran into some trouble with the usps (not our fault) and @kcauer was so helpful and sweet about the whole situation. The dress didn’t disappoint either! I will definitely shop her closet again! It finally made its way here after quite an adventure❤️
