The shoes did not arrive in original box, but came in perfect condition. There is no scuff marks or wear on the tread, and appeared to be brand new as described. I have heard that Toms shoes run small, and had recently tried on a pair at a local store that were too small in my usual size, and these fit perfectly. Comfortable.
