The bag is perfect. Early on the seller contacted me to let me know they had experienced a snow storm in her state but it shouldn’t affect the shipping. She sent it in a bag that protected my order, which was great because usps weren’t so careful. The package was delivered two days after the expected date and the box was slightly opened and damaged, but due to her forethought, my bag was safe and sound. Those minor details made the wait easier. The bag is gorgeous and she sent three keychains as a surprise with the bag that I love.
