Item was shipped and received quickly and cup was in new condition. However, it could have been packaged much better. It’s lucky that the cup was not dented as it wasn’t secure and only wrapped in the very thin BrüMate recyclable bag. I’m giving 5 stars because it wasn’t damaged. Thanks for the deal!
