Although I gave this purchase five stars, I was disappointed with the condition of the Comfort hoodie when it arrived. The seller described the hoodie as being in “like new” condition, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. The hoodie arrived with a visible stain, was covered in pet hair, and had a strong animal odor. I was excited to receive it and hoped to put it on and wear it right away. However, I now have to wash it thoroughly before I can enjoy it. I understand that Poshmark sells preowned items, but when something is advertised as “like new,” I expect it to arrive clean and in excellent condition. While I appreciate the purchase, I wish the seller had been more transparent about the item’s condition and taken the time to clean it before shipping.
