I don’t know . The item took a few days and a gentle reminder to be put in the mail. It did not arrive in time for my trip so I will rate it when I get home. I finally received the vest and it is beautiful.

They were broken ( came apart with little ring that attaches together) when I opened package but I managed to fix. They’re nice.
