Absolutely perfect condition and brand new with tags just like the description said - I had this same soft grey kavu bag for 4 years and recently took it on a trip & the zipper broke unfortunately (user error from overpacking) so I am so excited to have the new bag- I had honestly forgotten how soft it was originally!! (my old one was still soft but the texture does change over time due to use)
