I love the bag, it was as described and shipped promptly. However, it was badly packaged. I don't mind recycled Amazon boxes,recycling is good, but there was not enough tape on it at all and wasn't taped well at that. My item was very nearly falling out of the box. But, I am pleased with the tote!
