I love the sweater! Generally I think NWT was supposed to mean new with the sales tag attached. I’m thinking this was new without tags? I’m fine with it either way as long as it’s new!

I have had a version this dress (Black not navy) for maybe 6 years and recently had to toss it due to irreparable damage from years of love. I was so thrilled to see krisim1965 offering a perfect replacement for such a fair price and in excellent condition. I’m wearing it now and am so happy to have my favorite dress back!
