This bag is adorable. The item arrived safely and in great condition. Seller shipped it inside a polymailer within and large cardboard box filled with paper filling. They went above and beyond to make sure the nag arrived safely. The damage on the bag was clearly marked as noted in the picture. I appreciate the transparency of issues so I wasn't alarmed when I noticed them. Besides that it was brand new with tags exactly as described in the listing.
