Kim is AMAZING! I bought these boots and USPS lost them. She wouldn't let go. She stayed on top of USPS until the boots showed up again! Then relisted for me, and got 'em shipped. Kim is my FAVORITE SELLER on Poshmark! Can't find integrity like that just anywhere.
