Actually it was a misunderstanding I thought they ask what I liked about the item. A simple professional message asking me what happened could’ve been sent and I could’ve edited it properly. But now I think that your nasty attitude and bitter behavior needs much attention for improvement. There is always a better way of doing things. Do better. I will edit this review because that’s not what I thought it was asking me. Retire or don’t interact with customers.
