All items were perfectly described, seller reached out to me prior to receiving one of the items to inform me that there was a bit more of a defect on one of the items but she was nice to send me a cute two gifts to apologize. Really appreciated the honesty.

This Posh experience by far, has been THE BEST I’ve encountered. This lovely seller is incredibly kind, beyond reasonable and so thoughtful! The heels are exactly as described and just like the lovely pearl necklace she gifted, they look even better in person! She left no detail unturned. I absolutely LOVED the beautiful card she included. She even took the time to write my name and included kind words! My favorite Posher by far! THANK YOU so much my dear for such a devine experience!
