The dress is lovely, exactly what I was looking for. Yet, the dress arrived smelling very strongly of perfume or detergent, or something I can’t quite describe. My house has been overwhelmed with whatever it is. I even put the dress through a rinse cycle to try and tone down the smell. It only helped a little. As I said, the dress is lovely and is in great condition. I hope the smell will come out when I actually wash it.
