The item was clean, very well taken care of, and she shipped it fast. The only thing I didn't like was that she'd let my offers expire, not providing an answer, so I couldn't wear it on time for when I wanted it. However, she did accept my last offer. I'm happy with the experience overall, and love my item, so 5 stars.
