Description is mostly accurate. Says NWT, and yes, it does have the tags! But it’s not a blue dress. It’s actually black (dress tag says “true black”). And there’s a small, fixable tear at the waist that was not disclosed. Not a big deal, dress is still lovely and the color mixup was probably an innocent mistake , but hopefully the seller can improve their future listing descriptions! Delivery was fast and dress arrived clean.
