Laurie was very responsive and helpful! She quickly responded to my comments and added extra photos to her post. She was also quick to respond to my offer and was willing to negotiate. Her packaging was incredible - Laurie went out of her way to make my purchase feel special! Unfortunately, there was a small defect on the front of the bag that I hadn't noticed in the pictures and she hadn't mentioned specifically in her post. However, I feel the price Laurie gave me on the bag was very good and the defect hardly noticeable. Thanks again, Laurie!
