Necklace arrived in condition as pictured. I was a little disappointed that there was a tight knot in the chain. It took me about 15 minutes to undo. I’m giving a 5 star rating anyway though, because when I looked closely at the picture, the knot was visible. I expected it to arrive ready to wear, but I didn’t look closely at the picture. That’s fair. It was as pictured. Now that the knot is out, I can say that it is lovely.
