Item was perfect, exactly what I ordered and the seller went above and beyond in the packaging to make sure it arrived safely. It was bubble wrapped and taped to ensure it stayed safe. As a bath product during the winter or transporting it's always a worry the product will leak. The seller not only bubbly wrapped it but used a separate plastic mail bag to ensure if it leaked the mess would be contained. Luckily it arrived safely. Thanks to the bubble wrap!

USPS took a very long time to send package. However it is not the sellers fault. It was shipped in a timely fashion. The palette is beautiful and I am very happy with the purchase.
