Friendly and pleasant seller. I didn't recieve and update on when the item was shipping. However, my message was answered right away on an update. Shipping wasn't fast but delivered on the 6th day (within the 7 days window). Boots are exactly as described too. Overall, I would purchase again and ask for a courtesy delivery status. My daughter loves the boots and wouldn't take them off. Thank you!
