My order shipped quickly and without any damage. The item arrived exactly as pictured, and I thought it was fairly priced. I would buy from this seller again. The listing didn't have a condition in the description that I could tell, but the item appears very gently used, at worst, with no scratches, chips, or dents. Just a little bit of metal finish coming off, which has been my experience with every Coach product I've ever purchased. I'm so excited I got the chance to buy this keychain I've been wanting for years!
