First off these were my unicorn boots, and they are everything I dreamt they would be. Secondly, this seller needs to make a tutorial video on how to properly package boots to protect them and keep them from being ruined in the elements. This package was delivered in a monsoon- the outer box literally fell apart in my hands- I almost had heart failure- BUT HE PROTECTED THEM SO WELL- they were completely dry as was the box for the boots that didn’t have a lid- they were protected that well!!!! It’s the best packaging of boots I’ve seen on posh and will be eternally grateful for the extra time it took to send them properly!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS SELLER AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR PURCHASING BOOTS AND OTHER ITEMS. The communication was prompt and professional. Questions were answered without sarcasm. The product is exactly as described. The shipping was phenomenally FAST- these days just getting something shipped is a gamble. THIS IS AN HONORABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY SELLER!!!
