Absolutely speechless 10/10 I've wanted a Coach Carly for the last 20 years and when I saw this listing it just felt like " there she is✨" Lisa was nothing short of phenomenal throughout the whole process. From answering questions, to providing more pictures to handling the situation of it getting lost in the mail 💌 I finally got to open her today and everything from the wrapping, secure packaging, a thoughtful card and of course her 🤍👜🤎 It felt like a boutique experience from start to finish and I couldn't be happier.
