***ONLY LEAVING AS 5 STARS FOR VISIBILITY*** I received the wrong shirt and didn’t realize it until a week later, due to the two shirts being extremely similar. I was understanding at first because of the similarity. I messaged the seller with Poshmark support and all messages were ignored. All the while I kept receiving offers from her for other items. She didn’t respond until I offered to “officially” buy the wrong shirt, in return for the right one that I originally purchased. Then she miraculously responded and said she still had the right one. She had found the time to relist it after I messaged her, proving that she was getting my messages, but refused to respond. The shirt was originally listed for $27, she relisted it for $29, then sent me an offer for $26. The price I had already paid was $11, and I spent over $100 on items from her closet to help her during a cleanout sale, so I told her that I refused to accept the offer. I felt that paying the same $11, for a shirt I didn’t really want, in order to fix a mistake I didn’t make and get the one I was supposed to receive was more than fair. Poshmark stepped in and sent us both labels to send the shirts to each other as an even swap. I sent the wrong shirt back to her the same day. Once again, every message after that was ignored. She was also sending offers out for the shirt that she was supposed to be sending to me. I commented on the item and she deleted it. I commented again and she deleted it again along with blocking me from commenting or messaging her. So now she’s effectively stealing money from me since I’ve already paid for the shirt she’s refusing to send and have already sent back the one she sent in error. I’m owed either the shirt I ordered or a refund for it.

Seamless purchase, from accepting my offer to the delivery of the product. The tank top looks great, thanks!

I’m only giving 5 stars because I know only the seller sees any review below 5 stars. The seller has been having emergency sales, I wanted to help her out so I bought some items, however I’m missing one of the items, when I brought it to the sellers attention she offered for me to purchase a $3 item & then she will ship out the missing item plus she offered 2 free items but when I looked through to pick out the 2 items she said I couldn’t have those, only items under $10. There are not any items I like in my size under $10. I’ve never left a negative review in the 10 years I’ve been selling on posh. I’m just really sad that this was the only solution, as a seller if I made a mistake I would want to make it right by offering the same as she did but I wouldn’t tell them no only certain items. I know I can open a case & return everything but I was trying to do a good thing by helping her out & I’m not going to go back on that because kindness has taken a back seat for years now & I’m so tired of people only thinking of themselves. My advice for the seller is slow down & try to not make mistakes like leaving out an item. It’s not good customer service, I personally will always try to do what it takes to keep my buyers coming back. Moon 🌙
