I wanted to mention that I purchased the jackets for my sister because she had some questions about the condition of the jackets, but unfortunately, she was blocked by the seller for asking. The jackets themselves are in good condition and a great price, but I do think the customer service could be more welcoming and responsive to genuinely interested buyers. I believe it would help create a better experience for everyone. Thank you.
