Did NOT send all items and did NOT respond to my message about it after I had left a great review. Left it at 5 stars so others can still see the feedback. That’s pretty dishonest. A simple apology would have been sufficient but ignoring the issue shows your character. That’s a shame. Could have been easily resolved. Also, most of the tubes were NOT new as described.
