Lisa was very communicative during the shipping process. I appreciated that she was monitoring the shipping as the dress sat still for a long time. She contacted post offices and finally Poshmark to inquire what the hold up was. Then it arrived in my state very quickly and was delivered the following day! Item is as described with tags! 😊
