Necklace looks sparkly and new and even came in a Lia Sophia box! The shipment came in a timely manner. I had bought a "Trish" necklace from a Lia Sophia party in 2008. The sales lady told me to keep the lifetime warranty in my sock drawer. When the necklace broke in two a couple of weeks ago, I went online and discovered the company was no longer in business. I was so glad to have found you selling this exact same necklace online. It is definitely my go-to necklace. Thank you! Lorrie
