Just as described, I did have to pair the item to the base. (Hold button, as you plug base back into wall. Do not let go until you hear beeps. After beeps click button twice and it will pair with the base)

Item came right on time and product was in perfect condition. This replacement sensor has now saved my wife many sleepless nights worrying about our daughter while I work the night shift. No issues throughout the entire process.
