Hello. I received the flats and am very happy. You are right..... They do run just a bit small. But that's the best part. My ideal size in most closed toe shoes is 10.5. I love them. I do a lot of walking at work and these will be my new GOTO shoes. Simple design and will wear with most anything. Thank you for the note/card. A professional touch some sellers have not learned yet.
