I've not yet worn them, but they are in seemingly perfect condition-- not even a scuff. While I might recommend a hard box vs. a bag for packaging, given how rough our postal service is, they arrived unscathed. I am grateful for them, since Hotter is ergonomic and the style is forgiving; one foot is swollen. I can put them both on-- triumph!-- and leave one zipper down. They're even cute! Thanks
