The shoes arrived exactly as described: shoes & shoebox both in impeccable condition,brand new, flawless, very carefully packaged, protected in a very clean suitable shipping box. The seller's communication was also impeccable (& extremely welcoming) both prior to & after the purchase was made: she was exceptionally grateful for the sale & as well -- unprompted-- made sure to update me re: their shipping progress & included a charming note card, expressing additional gratitude for the sale (*thank you* Liz for the very kind gesture, & for the good cheer!). This seller's professionalism is unquestionable & I highly recommend her to all other fellow Poshers. I also very much look forward to doing more business with her in future -- the transaction was an absolute pleasure.

Lizzy was such a great seller - she shipped the shoes so quickly, left a cute note, and delivered the item exactly as pictured & described! Thank you Lizzy!! I wore the shoes to a wedding and loved them.
