My item was sent quickly and packed up very nicely in a sturdy box with tissue paper and a thank you note! I've worn this style of coat for many years and it's my absolute favorite, but I recently learned the hard way that it shouldn't be dry cleaned. (I didn't think to double check the tags, and the dry cleaner employee didn't say anything when they looked!) So my coat of many years shrunk, but fortunately I've found this replacement for a nice price and that helps me feel a bit better. Thank you!
