I'm giving you 5 stars because I really don't want to cause any trouble, but could you have packaged these shoes any more carelessly? Throwing them in a canvas bag loose inside a box ain't gonna cut it with heels. There's no damage that I can't fix with a little shoe polish, but don't do that again.
