Extremely late (something ridiculous like 8+ days) in shipping! Extremely bad at communication like seller doesn’t respond to inquiries or let buyer know if she will ship or when or anything so buyers are in the dark. She doesn’t enclose any note card or any thank you message and that’s fine. However, I am still giving Lauren a 5 star because 1) Shoes are just as described so she was very transparent; 2) I love the box she used which was one of a kind and I have never seen one like that ever; 3) I love the way she packaged the shoes. It was very secured and in tact with lots of bubble wrap; 4) I love that she tapes boxes exactly like me which is tape only where there is an opening because then it makes it so easy for me to effortlessly open with ease and not have to struggle with a ton of tapes going in all sorts of different directions.; 5) Her price is very reasonable for Jimmy Choo; and 6) These fit me PERFECT and I love them so much!!! Thank you Lauren for selling them to me! 💕 🥰
